Shipping and Tracking

Orders are processed from monday to friday, from 09:00 to 17:00. Orders will be processed within 2-3 days after order have been made.
Please notice that orders made saturday and sunday will be processed on the following monday.
Shipping price dipends on the destination country and can be calcolated after an object has been added to the cart and destination country has been chosen.

Our partner for domestic shipments is TNT, for Europe and rest of the world it’s TNT/FedEx. DHL , UPS. Estimated delivery time is 3-10 working days. This timing is aproximative and could have variations based on the time of the year ( italian national holydays , transit country and destination country holidays ). In any case Valigeria Grignola is not responsible for delays of shipment.
If the products ordered on our site are destined for a non-European country, the buyer may be subject to import duties and taxes, payable once the package has reached the country of destination. Any additional cost of customs clearance will be at the customer’s expense; we cannot predict the amount of these costs over which we have no control. For information about customs policies of foreign countries, please contact the local customs office.

Once we receive an order it will be processed in 2-3 working days. When order will be shipped You will receive an confirmation e-mail with tracking number which can then be used to track the order.

The return period is 15 days.
In order to submit a return request, please contact our customer service at info@valigeriagrignola.it providing the data relating to the purchase of the product and the reasons for the return.
Once our office has received the request, it will be reviewed and the next steps to follow will be explained.
The item to be returned must not be used and must be in the same condition in which it was shipped. It must be complete with all its parts and returned with the original packaging.
The buyer must take care to properly pack the object in order to avoid damage to it during transportation. Valigeria Grignola reserves the rights not to accept the return of an item that does not comply with these conditions.

Personalized items with initials or made to measure (with details chosen by the customer) or bespoke cannot be returned to Valigeria Grignola.
Items made of exotic leathers such as crocodile, alligator, caiman are accepted for return only if shipped within the European Union.

When we will receive the items, they will be examined and an e-mail notification will be sent to the customer in order to be refunded or to be able to send a new product within a reasonable period of time (1-3 working days after receiving the item) ( in case client wants to change an item we will charge the difference of the price it there will be any). We will proceed with the refund by bank transfer but the shipping costs will be retained. —–We are trying to make photos as close to reality as possible, but colour of the items may differ based on settings of your computer screen.—– Note: The customer is responsible for the import duties applicable to the return of the purchased product.

In case You decide to cancel the order before the shipping has been confirmed, please send us an e-mail to info@valigeriagrignola.it. We will immediately cancel the order and make a full refund.
Confirm of the cancellation will be send by e-mail.
Unfortunately, once the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible and the order (request?) must be processed as a return.

All customer personal information will never be disclosed to third parties for commercial purposes. The information and personal data collected will be used only and exclusively to complete the shipment of the item purchased on the website www.valigeriagrignola.com.
